   If I have a single check box in a MachForm the output to email and CSV always shows that field as blank instead of Yes (or blank). Viewing entries on-line shows a tick in the box. If you have two or more check boxes everything works as expected.

   Is there a code change I make to enable this?

   Hi John,

   Sorry, this is indeed a bug. MachForm doesn't seem to handle single checkbox correctly.
   I've just updated MachForm zip package with the bugfix.

   Please login to customer area and click download link.
   Download MachForm and then update the following files:

   1) includes/helper-functions.php
   2) export_entries.php

   Those files contain bugfix for this issue.
   Let me know if you need any help.

   Although I'm new to MachForm I really like what I see.
