data from url variable?

Is it possible to write a variable from the url? For example in this form:
http://www.appnitro.com/demo/view.php?id=5Is it possible to add customer-id=1323 in the url to have "1323" already written in the form? I will generate the url with another script, I just want to know if an url like this below can already write some data (1323 in the customer id for example) inside the form.
