Display Uploaded Images On Review

    Hi All

    On previous versions I have been able to apply the hack to show the images that have been uploaded in the review page.

    Unfortunately on upgrading to 4.2 none of these now work. I have tried to follow the amendment again but I guess the standard files have been amended.

    Can anyone help with a 4.2 version please?
