Does deleting field in one form remove all data from ALL forms?

    I use the duplicate form function a lot, but when I go to delete a field from one of them and it says it will delete all data - is that just for the current form, or all of the forms?

    Also is there a way to remove a field from a form without using the delete?

    It will only delete the data for the current form, not all of the forms.

    I'm not sure about what you mean by removing a field without using the delete?
    Do you mean you don't want the associated data to be deleted?

    If this is the case, I'm afraid it won't be possible.
    However, there is a workaround. You can simply set the property of your form field to "admin only".

    This will hide the field from your form and still keep your data safe.
