Just installed MachForm today. The notification emails I'm getting do not include links to the file download. I have no size limit set for attachments, and I'm allowing mp3 and wav files, which is what I uploaded in my tests. I see the files sitting on the server, but no link is shown in the email, or even in the admin area "entries".

   This is my test form:
   http://nashvilleeast.com/machform/view.php?id=10631

And this is the page on which it is embedded:
   http://nashvilleeast.com/audio-mastering-services.php

Thank you for any help you can provide!

Can you try the "send as an attachment" and see if the email comes through with the normal file attachment?

That doesn't explain the lack of a link to the file in either the email or the Entries back-end, but at least you should receive them with the submissions.
