Email Notification not received

I'm not receiving any notification any of the forms were filled out and sent. I've checked all of my settings and have sent support emails trying to get help. To no avail, I haven't received any assistance. So this is my second stop to see if anyone else has any ideas. I already checked my settings, and they're checked for all of the forms.

How long ago did you email Appnitro support (they generally reply within 1 business day (their local time, GMT +7:00) not including weekends).
Since this was posted (2 days ago) did you get a response, has the issue been resolved?
Without knowing your particular setup of Machform or seeing your settings, and without information about your host or hosting service, we (the general users of this forum) can't give you any advice on fixing the issues.
Can you send and receive normal emails from the email address being used? Do you get any error messages on submitting the form(s)?
What email method are you using ; PHP Send-mail or SMTP?
