Email Notifications not working.

I just put together a new form and for some reason I am not receiving email notifications.
I believe my settings are correct because when I go to my panel I can manually send a completed entry by clicking the entry and then email on the sidebar. I've tried changing my settings to manual smtp and that doesn't work either.
Here is the form if it's any help: http://apps.savanahloftus.com/machform/view.php?id=18330
Thanks in advance for any help. I'd contact support directly but it's the middle of the night there.

Working on this further. I think this has something to do with the skip page rules I'm using to allow different forms of payment. This is the first time I've used pages at all and also the first time I've had any issues with email notifications. Tried changing all sorts of things and nothing seems to work.
Thanks again.
EDIT: Almost positively is something with the pages. When I follow all the way through with a paypal payment the email notification sends no problem. I've tried setting various rules to send notifications on different actions with no luck. No notification when user chooses check / money order or when they start to do a paypal payment but don't actually finish it.
Ugh, just want to receive an email notification for every/any entry that is made on this form.
Appreciate any help.

I too am having the same issue. Any update on this? I have a form that if they choose to be invoiced rather than pay with PayPal, it skips to the last page.

I've tried everything short of altering the code. I purchased MachForm because I don't know code. I submitted a request for support yesterday. Meanwhile, I have created two separate forms. Obviously not a great solution. Will update here when I get this figured out.

Here's the update from support. I guess I hadn't tried everything. Such a very simple fix:
Hi Savanah,Yes, this is due to "delay notification until paid" option is being turned on by default.
To overcome this, simply use the email logic to send the email when the client selected the check/cash method. So you can create email logic with the same rules as your skip-page logic.
Also, I attached a file "includes/post-functions.php".
Please replace your file with this one. This update will ensure the above functionality to work properly and I'll update it into v4.2
Kind Regards,
