Email problem

    Hi,

    I get the following error message if I enter the information in my form and confirm. Luckely the conformation mail is send but what can be the problem?

    Error sending email! Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /customers/f/b/7/webformfor.me/httpd.www/forms/includes/helper-functions.php:1090) in /customers/f/b/7/webformfor.me/httpd.www/forms/confirm.php on line 46
