I have only just started usng machform and I am already fed up. I am not a programmer and I have no interest in becoming one. But already I have had to remove a file to enable the css to work now it appears I need to do something else to get the emails to send as at the moment I am not getting the email notifications. This is not as machform is advertised...out of the box ready! So......why amI not receiving notifications? Can somebody help without hitting me bucket loads of code I do not understand?

Hi
I've used this software for a while now so hope this helps.
Assuming you installed it following the online instructions you should be able to log in and create forms instantly.
the only code you need bother with is the choice of how you want to display the form and then it's just a quick copy and paste. There's no need to mess about deleting files.
I'm guessing your installation is either wrong or your sever is not properly configured.
I you post more precise details I'm sure someone will come along to help a bit more.

Hello Alan,
Have you tried putting up another email address to test?
If that doesn't work either, your hosting sendmail program doesn't seem to be running. What is your hosting company?
Some hosting company require you to use SMTP to be able sending email. If you prefer, we can help you resolve this directly.
Simply send us your temporary FTP login info and we'll check it for you.Mail to: customer.service [at] appnitro.com

I have sent an email to you, however I would like to say how impressed I am wth the speed of yur response. The server settings are being altered and hopefully all will be well. As for what I had to remove...I had to delete the htaccess file for the css to work at all which was annoying but now works.
Cheers
