Emailing completed form OK but confirmation email doesn't

    Confirmation emails are not arriving but if I go into Entries select one and then click on email on the right side they do arrive.

    What's the difference between the two processes?

    Any ideas on how to resolve?

    This is on Machform 3.5 not v4.
