emails are not sent if confirmation page is not selected

    Hi!

    Strange and weird bug. I've been working with machform for now more than 15,000 records. I receive the e-mails correctly. I deactivated the confirmation page in the form, and suddenly the script stopped sending e-mails. I had to resend them from the control panel, but they would not be sent until I re-activated the confirmation page.

    Could you please give me some advice?

    That's really weird. Have you tried changing the email address?

    No, I didn't try changing the e-mail address. I blamed IPower because I thought that it was an email issue, but when I reactivated the confirmation page, the bug was solved. I tried the to deactivate that page, and the bug reappeared.

    I tried again and same problem. I even changed the destination e-mail. Our customers are not receiving the confirmation email either.

    Is there any difference between the procedure of sending the e-mail after the confirmation page with that used to send e-mails without confirmation page?

    The procedure is the same, so it should be working for both method.
    Can I login to your MachForm to check it?

    Even better if you could provide temporary FTP login to your machform, so I can fix it immediately.
