Emails sent through forms not received but yet it is working via mails clients

    Not sure how to make it work.. but if I use the form to send an email... it works perfectly using my @me.com emails

    In fact , it does works great for all website I have used MACHFORM With.. I have that one website if I send emails notifcation to info@site.com it is nowhere to be found.

    If I use mail client and send email to info@site.com I receive it correctly. Where and how can I check if there is a blockage ?

    You should check your server's IP address to see if it is blacklisted.

    You may also want to try SMTP for email notification delivery.

    Hello,

    It seems the client I have ( hospital ) do have the mail on a different server. So anything that comes from info@theirsite.com is blocked ..

    So If I use any other email ... I still get in raw sources the notification that smtp.mailfrom is their website... with webmaster@theirwebsite.com

    How I can removed this exactly ? possible ? Or should I install the form elswhere ?

    Finally just decided re remove the whole programs and use a different server ! Thanks anyway
