Embedded Form not working

    Ive had the form embedded in my page for awhile, but now Im getting the following error when people submit the form:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function ap_sanitize_input() in /home/content/52/5080652/html/machform/embed.php on line 31

    Any ideas?

    Have make some changes in machform files ? it seems the form can not found "ap_sanitize_input" function.

    That functions is located in "includes/filter-functions.php" file. You can try to restore that file with the original file.

    Ive reuploaded the files and it still didnt work. Any other suggestions?
