   I've read lot of posts but i don't know what to do. I changed almost every file with a fresh downloaded machform package.
   I use Version 4

   After sending my form i get this ErrorMessage:

   Error sending email!Error sending email!
   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/httpd/vhosts/sommercasino.ch/httpdocs/machform/includes/helper-functions.php:672) in /home/httpd/vhosts/sommercasino.ch/httpdocs/machform/view.php on line 115

   I see the new entry in machform but i do not get any email.
   When i trie to Email a new entry by using the Email send button i get this Errormessage:

   Error! Unable to send entry.
   Error message: Error sending email!{"status" : "ok"}

   Thanks for help!

   I also get a ErrorMessage when i trie to reset my password by using the forgot password button at the login:

   Unable to send new password. Error message:
   Error sending email!{"status" : "ok", "message" : "A new password has been sent to your email address."}

   When i trie to use SMTP preferences i get this FATAL ERROR after sending:

   Guess i found the problem. Simple!
   The Mailserver was down!
   It is still down but the form works with a different SMTP host.
   works perfect!
