Error when submitting form

    I get this error when I try to submit a form (NOT ALL FORM ARE GIVING ME THIS ERROR)

    Error sending email: Could not instantiate mail function.
    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/subitoph/public_html/ATRUF/inscriptions/form_creator/includes/helper-functions.php:488) in /home/subitoph/public_html/ATRUF/inscriptions/form_creator/confirm.php on line 38

    From the error message "Error sending email: Could not instantiate mail function" it seems there is a problem with the mail function on your server.

    It might be unreliable.
    I suggest to contact your hosting tech support and let them know about this.

    Or if your host provides you with SMTP, you might want to use it and put the details into your config.php file.
