   When exporting entries to excel, the "No." column populates with a sequential number, instead of the actual ID for that entry, making the sheet useless as a reference if any items are deleted.

   Example:

   1. Company 1
   2. Company 2
   3. Company 3
   4. Company 4

   Delete company 2. in the web interface, rows now read:

   1. Company 1
   3. Company 3
   4. Company 4

   When exporting to excel, however, the spreadsheet comes out like this:

   1. Company 1
   2. Company 3
   3. Company 4

   How can this be fixed?
