Feature request - Add field type "Star rating"

    Instead of using the matrix field to allow ratings such as: bad, poor, average, good, very good,
    add a new field type where the rating is represented with stars. In the example above the user would
    see five stars next to the question. Swiping over the stars with the mouse (or the finger in case of smartphones/tablets), the user can give his rating.
    For sure you have seen this on other Web sites. This would be great for smartphones because it saves a lot of space.
