   The files via the installed form seem to upload just fine. However, all files are prefixed with this:

   <b>Warning</b>: set_time_limit(): Cannot set time limit in safe mode in <b>/home/wdpromotftp/www/machform/download.php</b> on line <b>132</b>

   So if a text document is uploaded, you can still open it, but that's at the start of the document. Unfortunately, when a picture or other file is uploaded, it's corrupted. Opening said picture file in notepad also reveals that prefixing all of the random characters that would make up a picture.

   The form itself is here: http://wdpromotions.com.au/competition-entry

   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

   It looks like your PHP is running under safe mode, thus some function is disabled.
   Try this, edit your download.php file, search around line 132 for this code:

   set_time_limit(0);

   remove the above code.

   Let me know how it goes.
