   Hi everyone,
   I am wondering if anyone can recommend a CRM or a form management application.

   I am building a website to support my real estate business and would like to associate the different forms within mach between common fields.

   For example, if a renter makes an entry with LISTING ID:1234
   I would like to be able to send them information from an existing form that has information on LISTING ID: 1234

   Any opinions or recommendations are highly valued!

   Machform is a Form management application.......(unless I don't understand your use of that term).

   I would think you can send a custom auto-response using the new Email Conditional Logic feature. It can send the response email, based on your settings according to the the value of a field in the submitted form (such as the Property ID: 1234).

   Mind you if you have hundreds of properties, this could get a bit tedius - you really need some Real Estate Property Management system specific for the purpose I think.

   Perhaps I have misunderstood your question?
