   Greetings everyone. Could someone take a look at my form and tell me what's missing or going wrong?

   Also, when you try and edit the form in the Control Panel, there is no option to edit the Submit button or reCaptcha option.

   Sorry, you haven't described what the problem is with the form loading - it works fine for me. Can you be more specific what you expect to see, and what is not occurring?

   To your other question:

   There are options to change the Captcha - in the Form Properties. You might need to click "Show More Options" to see the options available.
   I'm not sure what options you were expecting to be able to edit, but you only have the ability to choose which captcha you want to use, so for example, the simple text method, you can't make up your own questions, or for the others, use your own images if that's what you meant.

   Also, you do have the ability to edit the Submit / Continue / Previous (etc) buttons. in Form Properties, you can change the button's text, or use an image for the button(s). Additionally in the Theme Editor, you can change the button there. Otherwise I expect you can use Advanced CSS options to do any other changes you desire.

   Hoping that is what you're wanting.

   If the above options are not visible to you, and since I have no access to your admin panel I suggest that if you need further assistance, send Appnitro a help ticket request - http://www.appnitro.com/contact.

   You can provide Appnitro with temporary admin access to the Admin Panel - create a new user and allow access to the one form that you have trouble with.
