   Once we have filling in all the required information and hit the 'submit' button, the form now mentions "submission has been saved". Up until 1 week ago the forms work flawlessly going directly to Paypal and completing the payment process.

   Are you getting any error messages? "submission has been saved" suggests it was successful. Are you not getting the submitted payments going to Paypal?

   You may not have changed anything, but suggest checking the Payments options to make sure it still has PayPal as your payment processor option.

   For specific assistance, I would suggest you contact Appnitro directly, as they can provide faster support via email, and only drop by the forum occasionally. With their email support they respond within 24 hours (not necessarily with a solution, but at least an aknowledgement of your request)

   This has been fixed, it would appear all the dollar amounts disappeared for what ever reason in the payment section of Mach Forms. Once we re-entered the amounts, all seems to be restored and working just fine.
