   I have a job application form on www.forwardsecurity.co.uk. When you stop filling in the form half way through and then go back to it using the link how do I get it so that the form appears with my standard header/footer?

   Any help appreciated, thanks

   I'm not totally sure what you're asking, do you mean the "Save and Resume Later" feature, and using the link that it provides, is it only loading the form in the browser, but not within the design of your site?

   That could be an issue since Machform is embedded by JavaScript, PHP snippet, the iFrame code, or whichever method you've used, and is not an integral part of the web page's coding, therefore it only loads the form when a user clicks the "resume later" link,and not the full page that "contains" the form and your sites' design.

   That said, I think you can still add your logo to the form so it identifies it as being on your site. There are FAQ's on the forum for adding custom logos. Here's some of the posts, that maybe helpful: http://www.appnitro.com/forums/search.php?q=insert+logo+in+form
