   It seems our customers can fill out the form, then hit submit... this takes them to paypal. But if they just close the paypal page, we receive a form submission with not paypal completion.

   Ideally it should go > fillout form > go to paypal > complete paypal > then send info to user/client email box.

   Form should not process with out the paypal payment process completed?
