Form Submission Sent to URL

    The user has to enter a number for example 1225

    When the user clicks the submit button in the form, I want the URL to be set as http://www.example.com/1225

    In other words the URL depends on that particular number input by the user.

    Is this possible in MachForm? Thanks.
