   I've been making changes to one of our forms and when I save the form the changes do not save. For example, I'd like to be able to add additional options to the original form. There are no HTML tags in the forms so I don't know why there are issues.

   Do you see any error messages, or is it getting stuck on the "saving form....."

   Is this on the live server or test (localhost) that this occurs? Have you checked file / folder permissions to be writable., where applicable? Does this behaviour occur on all forms, or just a specific one?

   What kind of changes are you making - please provide more detail. What "additional options" are you referring to - adding fields, or adding extra options (radio buttons, check boxes or options to drop list or matrix?)

   Having HTML in the form or not shouldn't make a difference; HTML is allowed in the form elements - field labels, section break etc.

   ashleywilliams -- I've replied to your support ticket. There are several unclosed/mismatched HTML tags indeed. I've replied with more details there.

   Generally, HTML tags are fine, just make sure they are being closed properly. Otherwise it will cause some errors.
