forms with not English characters are not been saved

I'm trying to create a form in Spanish. There I'm using special characters like "ó, á, é". When I try to save the form, the application hangs with the message "Saving ... Please wait ...". The form was not saved. This error can be every time reproduced with Spanish special characters. There is one additional problem which I could not reproduce. The first time I saw the problem, I came back to the forms administration interface and tried to edit my form again. All fields of the form were missing. I checked in the database and I could not find them. Could you please help with this issue because it is a show stopper for my customer.

Hmm.. that doesn't seem to be characters problem.
Most likely there is some problem with MySQL.

Can I login to your MachForm to check this?

I have similar problem but in my case I need to put Polish characters such as śłęó in error messages and on submit button. On form everything works fine and I've got polish characters.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

some of them are replaced by normal letters, for example 'ś' is 's' but some of them are displayed not correctly at all.
