Getting "Fatal error" on form submit

I've notice that on forms with a lot of fields, we've been getting php errors like the one below. Seems like it's a php memory issue? Will increasing the member in the php.ini file fix this? This is one of the forms causing the issue: http://www.millersville.edu/infotech/forms/swat-application.php
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12678 bytes) in /var/apache2/millersville/machform/lib/swift-mailer/classes/Swift/Encoder/QpEncoder.php on line 248

That memory limit seems to be caused by the email function of your form. Is there any large custom data within the email template?
You can try increasing the memory limit of your PHP as well.MachForm Founder
