Help! SQL error

    It works fine until you get to the very last question, then crash.

    how do I fix?

    This seems to be a new kind of error.
    Can you contact us directly and let us know the login to your machform please?

    I have just re-tried the webform again, and it seems to have fixed itself. for now, I'll keep an eye on it.. the error message was originally a SQL error message.
