   I just downloaded the machform and unzipped everything. I didn't think I needed to know codes in order to design a form, but everything I open is just code. Please Help!

   Did I miss the initial instructions somewhere on the website or when I downloaded my file??

   I've searched an no one else seems to have had a problem getting this up and running.

   I'm sure I am going to feel really stupid as its probably something really simple I'm missing.

   PLEASE...anyone?

   Did you setup a MySQL database, write down the username, password, and give that user full access?
   Did you chmod to 777?

   I did setup a MySQL database.

   I say those installation instructions you linked to, but it says before following those instructions you have to have the form designed.

   I haven't figured out where to go to design the form.

   Where do you see that you have to design a form BEFORE installing the script? You can't design a form until after MachForm is installed. The first step is to create your MySQL database, then just follow the instructions on the Installation Page.
