Hiding or removing address fields

    I'm trying to modify a form to just use the Country part of the address form on version 3.5, I want to hide/remove the Street Address, State and Post Code fields, I'm sure I managed this before but I seem to have forgotten how...

    I suggest to use Dropdown field instead and simply copy and paste the country list into the dropdown using the bulk import option.
