   I am trying to use one form (ie one table) however based on an action only specific fields appear. If they appear they need to be required. If they do not appear they need to be stored as null or blank values.

   I know something can be done like this with Ajax, but I know that functionality is not yet built into this tool.

   I have built 5 forms currently, but I am having issues putting them all back together. For reporting purposes I need these all to be in the same table with a field for action type.
