how can i save form with different url

Google is not liking the urls assigned by machform when I save my form-for example view.php?id=5,view.php?id=6 . I'm not very technical but is there a way I can save my forms with unique urls instead of machforms assigned urls?? Please give detailed explanation if it can be done.

You can create a custom url for your form by embedding the form into custom page. To do this, simply create a php file and put machform advance embed code to there.
That would make a custom url for your form. For example like this :
http://www.yourdomain.com/myform.phpMachForm Support

When I embed my form, the background is transparent. What I would like to do is keep the embedded form background white and have the custom web page have the background. How do I do this? Thanks.

You need to remove some css code from your form. Try to follow the method that posted in here :
