How to duplicate a form?

    I have dupicated a form in the past, but for the life of me- I can't seem to remember how to do this. Can someone show me the way? !

    Okay- silly me. After clicking on the form title, to the right next to delete button is the duplicate button. Just an FYI for anyone with same question.
