How to embed

    I'm a little confused. What do I need to do to embed my form into my website. Do I need to create a new php page, or is there a page I'm supposed to put my code into?

    Hi Stephanie,

    To embed the form, you only need to copy-paste the embed code that you get from macform admin.
    For example, you want to embed the form in "index.html", then simply edit the file and paste machform "embed code" to there.
