How to send a user to a different Thank You page?

Right now I have to create a new form for each page since I have different Thank You pages for each, can I send the Thank you page as a parameter so that way I do not have to manage dozens of forms?
Please let me know asap,

It is possible to do so, but I need to let you know that it's very risky to pass the thank you page address as the URL parameter. Anybody could send a crafted URL to your form, using his own thank you page and send it to your clients.
Are you sure you would like to pass it as parameters?

Yes, the secure way to do it is to hardcode the thank you page URL into the PHP file itself and then pass some id into the form URL to select the thank you page URL.
