http 500 internal server error on excel export

    Member

    I have several forms created in machform and i can export to excel in all forms without any problems.

    However, on one particular form i get a http 500 internal server error when i click the export to excel option on the entries page. This form has about 400 entries.

    Since all other forms are working fine, i.e i can export the data to excel, i dont know what the problem could be.

    Most likely, your host have set a small memory size limit for the PHP script, smaller than the Excel library requirement for your entries.

    If possible, try to raise the PHP memory size limit.
    Alternatively, I suggest to use the Export as CSV option, as this one consume less memory.

    You can then import this file into your Excel.
