http://localhost/index.php page cannot be displayed

    I finally got through configuring everything to pass all the test done by installer.php However, when I enter the URL http://localhost/index.php from the web server hosting the site, I get "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

    Are you sure the machform files was uploaded on your web root folder ? by default it should under machform folder.
