If / then variable with optional field

    Not sure if I am asking this right as I could not find any reference in the forums, but I will try to explain.

    I am wanting to create a form that has a 2 radio buttons, a yes and a no that is a mandatory field. I would like it if the user selected yes that another text field would pop up, and if they selected no then it wouldn't.

    IS this possible??
