   I have read on this forum that it's possible to import data from my existing tables so that they conform to my MachForm settings.

   Before I make a hash of it and waste a day or more.. Am I right in thinking, that I perform an SQL export for each of my existing tables, then reimport each with the table names matching the machform element names?

   Is there a better way?
