   Is there a way in Machform to make an initial login screen that allows for two (or more) buttons that redirect to either one form page or another? And this initial screen be password protected before you can access either of the other two form pages (ie., so that you cannot directly go to the pages from browser history and bypass the login screen)?

   Also, have I missed it - or is there a way to put a logout button on the form?

   Sorry, you will need to have your own customization for this. Since it would require pretty much new code. At this moment, MachForm only provide simple password protection. (one form one password)
