   Finally upgraded to V3.5 and stumbled upon this annoying "problem".

   When I insert a new page, it is always inserted as the "second from last" page instead of as the last page. I created a new form with 5-pages and it did it consistently, each time. While the page is added at the bottom of the screen, the top of the form shows the new untitled form as second from the right, not the rightmost/last.

   Confirmed bug - I can replicate it but not something I noticed before. Usually I don't use the page indicator/progress bar and have forms that are only 1 or 2 pages.
