    Is it possible to insert an image into Guidelines For User?

    Yes, just enter the HTML for an image - use an absolute URL like:

    <img src="http://www.yourdomain.com/img/yourimg.jpg">

    Type in the above exactly as written in to the User Guidelines box. it will interpret that as HTML not text, and therefore will display the image.

    You can do this in any part of Machform, e.g. in the header, title, the Section Break etc.
