   Here in Costa Rica we have a country code (506), and an 8-digit telephone number ####-####. Neither the American nor International options offered in the Phone field work for our installation. When the International option is selected the form returns an error "Please enter a valid phone number."

   I used logic for USA or international calls and this worked out great

   Regardless of format, an error message is presented, regardless of how the numbers are entered into the form. My workaround is to just use a Single LIne Text field, and label it "Phone".
