is there an API for creating forms using PHP?

    Is there an API or instructions on how to create a new form using PHP (This is if I need to create a form without using the manual interface?)

    Additional note, phpform doesn't contain any processing code; in other words it won't send email to you or process to a database (that is what Machform itself does, which is the pay-for product), phpform only gives you a zip file with the HTML, CSS and Javascript (for some of the form field features) for the form itself.

    PHPform is also based on V2 of Machform, not V3 (not sure if there will be an updated release?).
