Logo not appearing

    Hi I've tried uploading a new logo to my form theme, but it appears as a blank instead. The logo size is 640x290px and the blank that appears is about that size, so something is happening. Have tried with jpeg, png and gif versions, same thing happens with each. Any ideas?

    Solved it, it was a server access issue
