lost where to go to create new forms

    got new computer cannot remember where to go to make new forms

    when you logged in, at the right top corner there is a button to create new form.

    hmm.. what's the link to your form?

    let say your form is located here:
    http://www.example.com/machform/view.php?id=1

    then you can login to your admin panel by opening this link:
    http://www.example.com/machform/
