I recently purchased and installed machform. Everything was working correctly. However, now the system is not sending an email or a confirmation email. I checked the spam folder and used several email accounts. The forms are processing the information and stating success. However, nothing being sent to us or the user. Please help!

The mail agent on your website server most likely down or having some trouble. I suggest to contact your hosting tech support and let them know that the PHP mail function on your site is no longer working. They should be able to fix it.
Alternatively, try to configure your MachForm to use SMTP server.
Go to your Settings page and put your SMTP server details there.MachForm Founder

Hello, I am also having issues with MachForms not sending emails when submitted. It seems to be only a select few clients that are not receiving them but none-the-less, I need to get it remedied.
I have a business gmail account and when I use that email or any other of my co-workers, we receive the mail just fine. But certain clients who are using a dedicated mail server seem to be having this blocking issue.
I have tried setting up SMTP but unfortunately when I activate it and try a form, it gives an error "Error sending email!". I'm not sure what this error is referring to. My SMTP settings seem to be correct based on my hosting account (HostGator).
I have tried different ports(based on suggestions from our hosting account) and that doesn't work either. I receive a completely different error.
I've looked at other posts here and have tried to see if other solutions would fix it but nothing seems to work.
Could you please help figure out what I'm missing? Could it be an issue with our ISP directly?
Thank you!

If only a select few clients not receiving the email, most likely the mail agent on your hosting is being blocked by your clients' mail server.
Usually, this is due to the IP address of your host is being listed on the spam blacklist database or a false positive from the spam filter on your client's server. If you are on HostGator, try to use "localhost" as the SMTP server and set no authentication. User port 25 to send it.
