   When I print a document it states on the upper most left top of the page "MachForm panel". Is there a way to Change this text with our company name or our company logo?

   Hi Saghalie, thanks for answering. I could upload a pdf file if you want but I think you can repeat this by going into form entries and try to print any of the form entries

   I see now. This is not a Machform issue. You will need to change your options in your printer settings. You should see the options selection in the lower left section of the printer requester. Just un-tick it.

   Yes, you are correct. In options the Headers & Footers had a checkmark. Once I removed the checkmark, this information disappeared. Thanks for your help. Now I have to figure out how to add a logo to the entries.
