Multiple email addresses to recieve notifications?

    Is it possible for me to have the email notification go to multiple email addresses? I would like to copy a partner so that they can respond. I would like the form to generate this instead of me having to create a forward rule in outlook. thanks!

    sure, simply put multiple email addresses, separate them using commas.

    I have tried this and only get notification to the first email address listed in my email settings. I have tried commas with space, without, etc. only 1 email goes out. HELP!

    Hmm.. that's odd. Try to test using another email addresses.
    If it doesn't work either, can I login to your MachForm to check this?

    I'm having a slightly different problem...I'm limited to the number of addresses I can add. I have a list of 15 addresses and it keeps chopping a part of the last address off. Is this because I've exceeded 255 characters? Ifso, can I make a change to the db to rectify?

    Ahh.. yes there is 255 characters limit with the email list.
    You can adjust the database, edit ap_forms table.

    Change the field type of form_email column to TEXT instead of VARCHAR.
