Is it possible to add more than one "other" option on a multiple choice?

@lapiz: This is not possible. As an alternative, you could create text fields for the additional input that only show up if that relevant choice is made, using the logic feature of Machform. Perhaps Appnitro will add the feature you are requesting some day. It has been requested before and I'm sure it would be very popular.
